Its a Wednesday

Hi everyone!! Well, for those of you who know, JJ has been really sick lately. He finally went back to the doctor on Monday and the doctor told him that not only did he have poison oak, but he also had bronchitis. The doctor game him lots of medicine to take, so while he was visiting his mom and dad on Monday night, he loaded up on the medicine (some which contained Codine) and was unable to drive home Monday night. My mom and I went to the OU women's basketball banquet at the Lloyd Noble center on Monday night and that was pretty fun. It was exciting to see the team [past and present players] including the incoming freshman and hear all the exciting things that are yet to come. After that I packed my little nephew up and went home. Since JJ was not coming home, Barrett came over and kept his Aunt Jess company.

On Tuesday, Miss Abby had to go to the Veterinary to get her rabies shot. We take her to Britton Road Veterinary Clinic and they are wonderful!! The vet [Dr. Mauldin] checked her out and weighed her and she weighs twenty pounds. She is getting to be a big girl!! Almost too big for her mommy to pick her up. We have been leaving her out of her kennel at night, and she is doing really well. She has not any accidents at all in the house. We are so proud of her, like two proud parents. While she was at the vet's office, he told grandma and grandpa Taylor how pretty Abby was and how impressed he was with her. She is defiantly a keeper!! Speaking of grandpa Taylor. He is having surgery today so please keep him in your thoughts and prayers.

JJ will be leaving on Friday morning to go deer hunting. Yes, you all read that correctly. Even though he is sick and could possibly even be on his death bed, he is still planning on going deer hunting. I don't think that anything can keep him from hunting, he is so excited. I have already been told that when we finally get pregnant (no exciting news yet, but still trying) that it cannot interfere with deer hunting season. He is going to go with Blake and Shane and a couple other people this weekend. He will not be back until Tuesday evening so if anyone is in the city this weekend and wants to hang out, give me a call. I know that I will be watching some football and going to the Affair of the Heart one day (can't wait), but other than that, that is all. I think that is all for now. Take care, we miss everyone!!
